Since now I have some free time, I owe Cacus a detail post about his rip-off EA.
I have to admit that I had to take a bit more time to really study this topic. It was a few months ago that I kind of stop these sort of ‘detective’ work. While it was good for my blog it was not so for my live account.
It was one or the other. Talking about scamming EA really boosted my traffic to the site. It was good and exciting to see an instant traffic surge to my site. And of course to keep up with the traffic expectation, I continue to dive into my ‘detective’ work only to find out that the my live account wasn’t as exciting as it should be.
So, I took a decision to stop or maybe cut down on these sort of work and focus on EA that makes sense to me rather than ranting about EA that is full of $hit. I must say… that was a decision I am glad that I made. Too much effort needs to be taken to do some research… and I though I would rather use these effort to improve my account balance.
Anyway… the industry seem to be able to regulate themselves with regards to rip-off EA. So why bother…
However… as a favor to Cacus who supports my site, I though the least I could do is put some effort in finding out the truth in all this.
So here is what I found….
Forex Legend offers two EA one is a scalper while the other is a trend EA.

June has been kind to me. Probably because I am happy that my Alpari account is catching up. Without further ado… I present to you my update as of June 2010
It ain’t impressive but a positive month end closing is a step forward.
I thought this time round I will let the result speaks for itself… using my Trade Analyzer, I thought it would be nice to see how each EA that I have placed on my live account fair.

Seeing how I have gotten my rebate for my months activity I though I will share this with you. I previously wrote about forex rebates (Rocking Rebate) and pointed out with obvious fact that rebate improves my profits.
Now I want to show you how by simply just creating some turnover on an account with small drawdowns and with a help of forex rebates, one can still come out profitable.
I will call this ‘Casey Rebate Strategy’. Since no one has ever documented this strategy. I believe I have right to claim this as my strategy. Until and unless someone points out to me that this strategy has been around for ages… I am claiming this to be mine…
I have already posted two very scalpy strategy on my FXOpen account. One is my Silly Scalper where I put 6 EA trading on only EURCHF and my Royal Rumble where I put 3 EA trading on 4 currency pair EURGBP, GBPCHF, USDCHF, USDCAD.

Initially I wanted to entitle this post as “My Karmic Affair Part 4285″ but thought seeing how things have changed over the past weeks I decided to rename the title of this post as “Royal Rumble”
Before I continue with my story… Take a look at this myfxbook chart.
Once upon a time in December 2009, I started to notice FAPTurbo again on my favorite lead site 4xproject.com. The gains seems to be mighty interesting like to rose blossoming in the sun. Obviously I had assume that Zeno has been running this EA for since the rave days of FAPTurbo. So I thought it would be interesting again to rekindle my karmic bond with FAPTurbo.
So once again, the story continues with my fapping affair…. Read the rest of this entry »

Well, last week was pretty tiring. Had to travel to beautiful Beijing on a business trip. Weather was cold but manageable. This was my first trip to Beijing, and I am just amaze by the sheer number of Chinese people per sq foot…
Apart for my business work, I manage to squeeze some time to walk about Beijing, take the subway, visit Tienanmen Square and of course taking a quick visit to the Olympic Bird Nest.
Ok… this blog is not a social blog, but hey a bit of social blogging should not hurt right… right… One photo of the Bird Nest does not exactly qualify this to be a social blog.
Anyway, during my trip to Beijing, I did not manage to get any forex activity done (directly that is), because internet control in China is pretty tight. Even facebook and twitter was ban in China. I did not know why until I google it and found these sites.
Here are some interesting read:
This is not something new, but laymen like me are so caught up with my own personal escapade that we turn out of be as ignorant as hell to what is happening in our big world. Read the rest of this entry »
This is just a quick update… Since I was being nostalgic and taking a look at FAPTurbo again on my previous post… I thought it would be interesting to see if it’s next generation robot… FAP Evolution did any better…
Well… got this from Donna Forex’s site http://www.fapturboswiss.net/
Ok… let the comments flow…
Ready… 1 .. 2 .. 3.. GO!!!
This was another idea that I have been toying around on my head over the past few weeks. In the forums these days, FAPTurbo has been very quiet. I am sure with all the good and the bad experiences that have been floating around, plus new EAs that have been popping up… I believe a lot of people have put FAPTurbo in their KIV folder and not trade it at all…
The idea was that, if not many people are using FAPTurbo to scalp… then maybe there is a chance that FAPTurbo might be of use again…
Don’t know how far this truth is… but the myth is that if a bunch of people say 10,000 people were to use the same EA simultaneously, the number of execution at the same entry point is a known variable that would or might hinder the efficiency of a system… (The last I checked, FAPTurbo sales was over 10k but not sure what was the % returned)
Now… I do not know how true it is… some people say that is a reason why some system are rendered useless when a certain number amount of people start using the same system.
I am not going to clarify or verify this… I just use it as a reason to look into FAPTurbo once again…

Arghh… it has been a difficult week. Volatility in the market is really messing my robots up. I do not think it is only Cyborg, NN Master, Boomerang, Blaster…. any EA that trades EURUSD would probably have gotten canned as well… $hit! This is taking me back 2 months from my objective.
I thought I made some stride last month… Sighh….. Slapped silly by the market…
Anyway… sorry for ranting. I just had too… This is really killing me to no end. But that is not the reason for this posts.
Last night as I was browsing through the forums just to see what was happening. I stumble upon this thread with regards to the topic ‘Why do Traders Lose?‘
I was losing badly in the markets and I wanted to find out if I was doing anything wrong… I was seeking solace, and started reading this thread with interests. Here is what I wanted to highlight….
“Let your profits run and cut your losses short”
“The first loss is always the smallest”
“Plan your trade and trade your plan”
“Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered”
“The trend is your friend”

Since Alpari was my worst performances for three consecutive months. Corrective action needs to be taken… Now before I ran my band of Euro brothers, and Easy-EA.com’s EA… I had three main scalping EA on this account. Mainly, FAPTurbo, RemExpert and Xtreme (both EURGBP and EURCHF)
Because these are scalping EAs… there have taken quite a lot of trades amongst themselves and thus, it was kinda difficult to see how well they performed. So with no other option… I had get down on my knees and start to disect my statement and analyze throughly what and how these three EA are doing.
So… what I did was I downloaded my statement from beginning of April 09 till end of June 09 since it was these period that I took a $hit load of losses. It was not easy…. but after painstaking toying around with my spreadsheet and I manage to get this out…
Over the past three months these was what happened… Read the rest of this entry »
