It’s Monday and I am not really sure whether to cry or to laugh at this…so I think I will do both
This industry has gone bonkers… I mean it has already been very crazy that cloned EA are being rebranded and sold for a quick profits… And to add to that, it has been crazy that it seems still that there are naive sheep that still fall for these sort of hyped up cloned EA…
Ok… it was wrong for me to make the last statement… I was once a naive sheep too… and it took me quite sometime to really look and learn about the ins and outs of the robot before realizing that this industry is crazy and I was a sucker…
Well, I cried as I took a deeper look at this new EA that was release I believe last week… No Loss Robot… www.ForexRobotNoLoss.com
I cried because because of the how easy it was for someone to take an EA, brand it and try to sell it… I cried because this so call ‘Mark’ and ‘John’ is a figment of someones interesting imagination.
I cried because this EA is exactly the same as Don Steinitz’s HAS MTF Hedge EA on ForexRobotTrader.com
I cried because these ar$eholes just used directly information directly from Don Steinitz’s site…
I cried because these ar$eholes, did not even try to do anything else other than manipulate some line in the codes and just changed the name. I cried so hard that I could not be bothered to do any comparison between the codes because of this brave ar$eholes…
Then I thought to myself… did these guys actually bought the rights to Don’s EA?
Nahh… it’s can’t be… Don Steinitz spend a lot of his time developing his EA, I don’t think he would dilute his brand? Will he?
I never got to verify whether if he has sold his rights to resell this EA but I highly doubt it… He is selling this EA for $199 and these Mark John duet is selling for $149… undercutting??
Oh well… No use crying about it… such is the world of forex EA… What the fu(k do I care if these people are becoming so brave that they wants to sucker some naive sheeps…
It seems these sort of activity can’t be stopped… So… as long as I do my community duty to highlight it… I think it would be more than enough… I’m not superman, so I can’t save the world.
Ok…
Since I am not going to cry about… why not let’s poke fun at it and laugh… Let me see if I manage to pull some laughs… if not just past it off as pure rubbish by me trying to fill empty spaces on my blog
Forex EA One O One… when one sees banner such as this…
“As seen on Forex Trading…”
Beep beep beep!! Red flag… red flag… I mean… does Forbes, Bloomberg and CNNMoney talk about forex trading? Let a lone talk about forex EA? I mean they do indicate current forex prices and talk currency fundamentals… but do they really talk about forex EA??
To get credible standing in the internet community for your product… does one need to put in big names?
Anyway, I did a quick search on CNNMoney.com for forex ea, forex robot, forex expert adviser and this is what I got…
Forex EA One O Two… Blast your site with loads of picture with money… sandy beaches… big red annoying words such as ‘… Without losing hard earned money or putting in any extra hours!’ or ‘No big investment required, it works with any account size!’ or ‘If it makes so much money why are you selling it?’
Oh… yeah… taken it right out of the site. Dare I elaborate on this point?
I don’t know if it’s me… But if you don’t work hard in forex, better be prepared to donate your money. I think I have Ace this subject after giving paying my dues on ‘tuition’ fee to some of these sites…
I did say I think…
Forex EA One O Three… Every websites owner gives their character a last name… Hey… even Andreas Kirchberg (a character) was a made up character and he has a last name…
Just Mark and John? Why not Tom? Or Dick? Or Harry? Put in more effort will you… One can easily mix and match the names to come up with a last name if one is not that creative…
Mark Tom, John Dick, Harry Dick… hehe don’t mean to offend anyone with that name but I just had to put that two name together… it’s just a tad amusing…
Anyway… at least give your characters a last name… no last name… means they are definitely fake…
Forex EA One O Four… If you don’t have testimonial… make them up… and go check out iStockPhoto to pull some nice looking faces on your site…
“Scott Fernandez, Nevada, USA”, his photo is from http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-3191335-serious.php
“Robert Grace, New York, USA” is also from http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-6512471-friendly-man-with-arms-crossed.php
“Abdulaziz Surjadi, Jakarta, India” is from here: http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-photo-5544409-casual-indian-office-worker.php
Thanks to Don from Indo-Investasi
Forex EA One O Five… If a traders is smart enough to come up with great program he might want to brush up on his/her Geography. But I guess if one were to be so stupid enough to flog pictures off iStockPhotos… then he can skip this one…
Jakarta IS not in India you fool!! It’s in Indonesia!! If it was a legitimate testimony it would be an utter insult to get his home country wrong…
Sighh…. it’s just Monday…

Good post! “Forex trading as seen on…” is used in almost every single EA out there. I sure would like to know what the FTC would say about that….
N0 shame robot is probably a better name for this EA. LOL
Anyway the EA industry is now full of scammers. This industry is dead. Good old robots are not as profitable or not profitable anymore. New robots are hopeless.
Casey, your readers are not lost sheep any longer. We are well informed and lucky wanders who found found your blog. Please don´t waste much ink on your blog anymore with those losers, who would rather spend time pasting photos from istockphoto. Instead, spend time telling us about your view on positive efforts like this http://forexbreakthrough.com/development/grid-speciliast-ea and Tom Strignano´s launch of his ea (November 10) that he says is exactly like him trading (supposedly coded by a NASA scientist who is a forex freak). Many pips to you and to us your readers. For those no shame bandits: HELL.
I do feel for the innocent noobs who stumple upon these con men and their ridiculous claims. It would be funny if it wasn’t for the fact that many will probably end up losing a lot of money on them.
I find it odd they would pick Don’s rubbish EA though. Surely there are better ones out there unless Don is doing this himself under a different name. I wouldn’t put it past him.
Fortunately there are a few good web site (here included) where we can try out these EAs and decide for ourselves if they really work. Personally I always get the real product if after trying it out it seems genuine enough.
I don’t think I was in the lost sheep category before finding Casey. I just find his articles interesting and witty. Keep up the good work.

This is a joke. Marty and grid systems have to survive more than some months.
Full 10y. backtest w/o failure is required too.
Otherwise they are ticking time bombs
U dont need a NASA fart to code a good EA.
How many times they blow their rockets up???

This is not a scam according to Don Steinitz. This is an affiliate. Here is his response on his forum ….
Relax everybody:
This is my site that I partnered up with to offer our software to affiliates. In other words it’s the same software with less functions because we felt all the numerous functionalities were confusing people and were not really being used anyways,
This was my attempt to give back to you guys so you can make 66% of the sale of the robot. Sales are going through the roof and there are some major affiliates out there making some serious money. The affiliate business is huge and some of these guys can sit back and make $10,000 per day, seriously. I see it in my ClickBank Journal!!!
There is no need to comment on this unless you are looking to become an affiliate.
Don
“There is no need to comment on this unless you are looking to become an affiliate.”
Pretty cynical, this Don Asshole… He is one of this guys who never made a single buck with trading.
Stay away fellows from his”products” !
Hi Casey, no edit function?? Hate to see my typos..
@J Santos… I agree ppl are already numb to the fact that most of this EA out there are or could be a scam… I just highlight it just to continue to create awareness.
As for testing Forex Bling’s grid EA… It’s a martingale, I believe I have fulfill my objective with this strategy with Cyborg… and do not have enough capital to toy around with another Martingale EA… Have to lock up my capital for another venture that I am pursuing right now.
@Marty, @Kittisakh, @TradeProfits… thanks for your support.
@Onur… sorry… I can’t find a plugin for wordpress where comments can be edited by their originator
Hey Casey, Great investigation. How the **** did your pal manage to tie the website photos to the istock ones? You nailed those guys good! I am sick to death of the constant stream of overhyped EAs (and gambling systems) clogging up my inbox. Now all I’m using is WinPro from Easy-EA.
Don wants to make money period
All laughable joke. Considering Don himself ripped off one of funyoo’s Heiken Ashi MTF EA. All he did was add the hedge code to it. Any one of us can copy and paste the function codes from metaquotes forum. All the codes were created by metaquotes and everyone just copy and paste it. Just come up with a strategy and copy and paste then compile. Big deal.
We’ll I’ve tried over 220 forex EA’s and received refunds on 216 so far. Most are junk. Decompile shows poor math or very little code – no good entry, no money management, poor exit – lots of luck.
I wrote a book on the Forex that received an Author’s award and it’s on my website at http://www.secretforexreport.com/ as well as Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Borders and others. Let me know if you like it or want to resell it. It was written to help beginners and intermediates do well on the Forex by reducing and managing risk properly. I also discovered and have documented some potentially profitable trading methodologies.
There are a few good EA’s out there. The best place to find out is at http://forexpeacearmy.com/
I am going to launch a few of my own EA’s soon and I’ll be happy with brutally honest feedback because I’m an honest person who lost enough from the scammers to want to return it in spades to the average joe. Keep an eye out and let me know.
