Damn – that’s so close to my own experience as a gambler/trader. Keeping disciplined for weeks and weeks to accumulate pennies, then getting a gleam in my eye with some new strategy or EA and blowing it all in minutes. That’s why I have to remove myself as much as possible from the day to day running and try not to rebalance EAs more than once a week. Any recommendations on ECN brokers Casey, or haven’t you explored them yet? I have been happy with Alpari UK for most things, but I think my scalpers could do with ECN spreads.

Not a good idea to have only ONE account.
Always have many brokers as possible cos they try to screw us widening their spreads when they know yr EA trades at a certain time. Also risk of getting all yr money back is well diversified in case yr ONE broker goes bust !
